Established in 1995, Osborne Appointments is a multi- award winning, independently owned recruitment consultancy, specialising in the supply of temporary, contract and permanent placements across a diverse range of sectors.

We operate from six locations – three in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Greater London and employ over 40 staff.
We believe our success requires everyone’s participation in the development of new ideas and approaches. We encourage this involvement through the importance that we place upon personal contribution, self-development and rewarding improved performance.
For “ten continuous” years we have grown the business year-on-year. There are many reasons for this. Here are just a few;-

Over the past few years Osborne Appointments have been nominated and shortlisted for 26 separate business awards, winning eleven of them. We feel extremely honoured and privileged to be recognised in this way and its testament to the way the business has evolved and demonstrates our commitment to our staff, our innovation and our core principles.
Whilst each award in its own right is humbling, being recognised as the “Best Employer” in the UK by the largest media outlet in the country was a very proud moment in our history. We even keep of the article, just so we never forget.

The story of our growth
October 1995
Osborne Appointments was established and moved into premises in Fretherne Road, Welwyn Garden City.

April 2003
Moved to bigger premises in Church Road, Welwyn Garden City

May 2011
We opened our new Bedford offices in Mayfair House on Lurke Street

October 2013
OA undergo a rebranding exercise with new logo, new website and job board implemented

January 2014
We opened our new Barnet office on the high street

May 2014
Celebrate achievements of 2013 with a weekend at Center Parcs (fancy dress optional 🙂 )

October 2015
Celebrate 20 years in business with chocolates, cakes, parties and a spa day for everyone

November 2015
Win Small to Medium Business of the Year & Overall Company of the Year award at Hertfordshire Business award ceremony

May 2016
Weekend away in Stratford upon Avon with cocktail making, a treasure hunt and motor boats on the agenda
